Laboratory coordinator of education working mainly with biological control, however, in recent years also manager of many tasks within the work environment.
Safety officer for the insect group at Skadedyrlaboratoriet; vice-president of the Central Safety Organization; member of the Coordination Committee for Occupational Health and Safety at the University of Aarhus and member of knowledge and experience groups for the development of electronic place of work assessment at the University of Aarhus.
As a natural development of this work, now also Toxido power user of Chemtox chemical database, and chairman of Toxido power users at Faculty of Agrisultural Sciences.
The laboratory work includes servicing, testing, marketing, and chemical/biological testing of pests, in particular stock- and museum pests;
Additionally, examination of export grain etc. for quarantine pests for the certification of seeds of the Danish Plant Directorate.
