I work with DNA techniques.
Sequencing of DNA, cDNA og PCR products using 454 (Roche) technique,
which includes following steps:
- purifying of DNA, RNA and mRNA
- preparation of cDNA
- check run of PCR.
Sequencing of samples by means of 454.
